The chemical fiber enterprises involved in the interview all have relatively stable customer sources. The main problem to be considered is energy conservation and consumption reduction. In the early stage, we purchased a melting equipment from China, with 6 tons of solvent, and then introduced a melting spinning equipment with a volume of 20 tons. In addition, the purchasing management of raw materials has been strengthened, the cleanliness of raw materials used has been emphasized, and the cleaning cycle of melt spinning equipment has been prolonged, so that the domestic equipment can save nearly 1 / 3 of energy consumption.

In order to make products competitive, the company starts from improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption, and is still developing and using updated equipment. In the exchange, some enterprises also emphasized the accuracy of wire drawing machines. They generally think that the precision of domestic drawing equipment is worse than that of imported drawing equipment, which is easy to break the head, form small roll and affect the production of the next process.
